This sword belongs to Jyo Jyo Saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki : Gold foiled double habaki.
Blade length : 46.0 cm or 18.1 inches.
Sori :1,0cm or 0.39 inches.
Mekugi : 2
Width at the hamachi : 2.74 cm or 1.07 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1,89cm or 0.74 inches.
Kasane : 0,59 cm or 0.23 inches.
The weight of the sword 370 grams.
Era : Edo period Tenna era 1681
Shape : Regular width and thickness sword with deep Sori and Chu-Kissaki.
Jigane : Itame-Hada well grained. Jinie attached beautiful Jigane.
Hamon: Niedeki Gunome-Midare but some part is Togari-Gunome Midare. Koashi,
Kinsuji and Sunagashi worked.
Boshi: Notare round shape, Sansaku style Boshi.

Special feature: Ecchu Kami Masatoshi the 3rd was worked around Tanna
era of Edo period. Different from the 1st and 2nd, his
Hamon is looks like Bizen-Den style mixed with Mino
Kanemoto. The quality of blade itself is very good and the
it already passed Tokubetsu Hozon

Koshirae :
Tsuba: Iron Tsuba. Plants are engraved with gold color.
Fuchikashira: Shakudo Nanako plate. A person is engraved with gold color.
