Hamon : Niedeki Suguha with Ko-Ashi, Niju-ba. Sunagashi, Kinsuji worked. Boshi: Deep
Nioikuchi round shape Hakikake style.

Special feature: Hizen Koku Ju Oumi Daijyo Fujiwara Tadahiro is A son of
Tadayoshi. When Tadayoshi died, Tadahiro is only 19
years old but he became the 2nd generation and started to
make swords from this time. He received the Mei Oumi
Daijyo when he was 28 years old and passed away when he
was 80 years old. He made swords over 60 years and the
swordsmith made the largest number of Hizen blades.

Koshirae :
Tsuba: Round iron Tsuba with square pattern openwork. Mei: Shigetsugu (Kyoto’s
crafter; late Edo)
Fuchikashira: Shakudo Ishime plate. Family crests are engraved with gold color.
Saya: Black Roiro Saya.
Menuki: Shakudo plate. 2 Shishi dogs are engraved.

From Aoi Art: This sword is Ko-Itame-Hada with Jinie and also Chikei. The Jigane is black more than the regular sword. Hamon is Suguha with Ko-Ashi and Kinsuji. Boshi is a deep Nioi Kuchi round shape. Jigane and Hamon are perfect so it looks like Mutsu Kami Tadayoshi 3rd. But anyway, both Hamon and JIgane are beautiful, we recommend this sword.
