Habaki :　Gold foiled and silver double habaki.
Blade length : 72.12cm or 28.4 inches.
Sori : 2.15 cm or 0.85 inches.

Width at the hamachi : 3.2cm or 1.26inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.15cm or 0.85 inches.
Kasane : 0.63 cm or 0.25 inches.
The weight of the sword 820 grams.
Era : Late Muromachi period Tenmon era.
Shape : The blade is wide and thick with deep sori and longer kissaki beautiful shape.
Jigane :Koitame hada well grained with jinie attach.
There is a small rust on the Mune of near the Habaki.
Hamon :Nie deki ganime midare and togati gnome midare mixed
Bo-shi is midarekomi and round shape.

Special feature: Kanesada 2nd is the most famous swordsmith in Mino, and Kanemoto is comparable to it.
These swordsmiths have created sharp works that stand at the top of Mino’s swordsmiths.
In my opinion, Izumi Kami Kanesada is more popular than Kanemoto and are very difficult to purchase.
There are two-letter inscriptions, Izumi Kami Kanesada and five-letter inscriptions, and this work is a two-letter inscription.

The width of the body is wide, the Kawane is thick, and the sori is good, and it becomes a large sword. At the Japanese Sword Museum, it can be certified as the second generation Izumi Kami Kanesada.Please be assured that you are talking about it.
Mori Nagayoshi, a warlord under Nobunaga Oda, used Kanesada, who carved “Ningen Mukotsu” on the tip of the Jumonji spear.It means the Jumonji yari made by Kanesada was very cut well and human beeing is without born.
