This sword belongs to Jyo Jyo Saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki :　copper single habaki.
Blade length : 51.2 cm or 20.15 inches.
Sori : 2.2 cm or 0.86 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 2.59 cm or 1.019 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.65 cm or 0.64 inches.
Kasane : 0.75cm or 0.29 inches.
The weight of the sword 430 grams.
Era : Late Nanbokucho period.
Shape : O-suriage Mumei, regular width and thickness Wakizashi.
The Sori is deep. Mune is Maru-Mune style. Chu-Kissaki.
There are Bo-Hi and Soe-Hi on both side of the blade.
Jigane : Ko Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attach.
The Jigane is beautiful with clear Utsuri.
There is a Kitae-Ware around the Monouchi part of Sashi Ura side.
Hamon : Nioi Deki, Suguna Hamon with tight Nioikuchi.
Some parts has double Hamon.
Boshi is large round shape.

Special feature: The beginning of Bicchu Aoe was Yasutsugu in Heian period Syoan era, and had produced many great swordsmiths until late Nanbokucho period. Aoe before mid Kamakura period is called Ko Aoe.　
This blade was made around the late Nanbokucho period.

Koshirae :
Saya : Black Ishime-Ji Saya.
Tsuba : Shakudo, the rim is covered with silver.
Menuki : Dragon is engraved with gold color.
Fuchikashira: Shakudo, arabesque is engraved with gold and silver.
Kozuka: Shakudo Nanako, dragon is engraved with gold color.
