The blade was polished.
Habaki: copper habaki.
Blade length: 68.1 cm or 26.8 inches.
Sori : 1.6 cm or 0.6 inches.
Mekugi: 1
Width at the hamachi: 3.14 cm or 1.24 inches.
Width at the Kissaki: 2.19 cm or 0.86 inches.
Kasane : 0.67 cm or 0.26 inches.
The weight of the sword 765 grams.
Era : late Edo period Bunsei era (1830年)
Shape: The blade is wide and thick with suitable sori and long kissaki.
Jigane: Ko Itame hada well grained with jinie attach. It looks like muji style.
Hamon: Suguha from hamachi area, and then Nioideki Choji-Midare with soft Ashi. It is a unique Yokoyama school’s Hamon called Kikka choji.

special feature: Yokoyama Sukenaga is the founder of Yokoyama school. He made a gorgeous Hamon called Kikka Choji, and it was inherited by his pupils.
