This sword belongs to the Saijyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki : Gold failed J single habaki.
Blade length: 64,9 cm or 25.5 inches.
Sori :1,8cm or 0.70 inches.
Mekugi :  1
Width at the hamachi : 2,95cm or 1.16 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2,17cm or 0.85 inches.
Kasane : 0,62cm or 0.24 inches.
The weight of the sword 645 grams.
Era : Early Nanbokucho period.
Shape : Osuriage Mumei with wide and thick shape. Sori is regular and Kissaki is longer.
Jigane :Ko-Itame-Hada well grained. Jinie attached, Chikei is visible clearly. Highest ranking Jigane
Shinogi:Itame-Hada and Masame
Hamon: Ko-Niedeki, Ko-Gunome-Midare. Ashi, Sunagashi, Kinsuji worked.
Boshi: Midare Komi and Yakizume style.

Special feature: This sword is Mumei but NBTHK judged as the Juyo sword of Naoe Shizu. Naoe Shizu is students of one of Masamune Juttetsu, Kaneuji. Kanetsugu, Kanetomo, Kanenobu is famous Naoe Shizu swordsmiths.

Koshirae :
Tsuba: Round iron Tsuba. Clouds and cranes are engraved.
Fuchikashira: Shakudo plate. cranes are engraved with gold color.
Saya: Ishime plate.
Kurikata: Family crest is engraved.
Menuki: Shakudo plate. Crane is engraved.

From Aoi Art: This sword was done highest ranking polish and Chikei is visible clearly. Koshirae was arranged by crane design and the family crest was engraved on Kurikata. We think this sword was kept by high-ranking Samurai.
