Tanto in Koshirae.

This sword belongs to regular ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki : Gold color single Habaki
Blade length : 28.8 cm or 11.3 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 2,35cm or 0.95 inches.
Kasane : 0,61cm or 0.24 inches.
The weight of the sword 195grams.
Era : Unknown. Jigane seems old like Muromachi period’s work, but the Hamon is looks
new like Shinshinto.
Shape : Tanto with shape like Naginata.
Jigane : Ko-Itame-Hada well grained but some parts are Masame.
Hamon : Ko-Nie-deki Suguha based. Ko-Ashi and Kinsuji worked.

Special feature: This sword has Mei as Sukekuni but we do not sure about the authenticity. But the blade itself and the Koshirae are nice.

Koshirae :
Tsuba: Ellips style Shakudo Tsuba. Clouds and dragon are engraved with gold color.
Fuchikashi: Shakudo Nanako plate. Dragon is engraved with gold color.
Saya: Brown color Kawari-nuri style Saya.
Menuki: Shakudo Nanako plate. Dragon in swirl is engraved with gold color.
Kozuka: Copperplate. Bamboo, bird and old man are engraved with gold color.
Kogatana: Mei: Bushu Ju Nidai Katakiyo
