Hamon: Suguha with thin and clear nioikuchi and frequent ashi and yo.
Features: The Dōsoo school was a group of swordsmiths active in Hōki Province from the Muromachi period through the Edo period. This particular sword is believed to date from the late Muromachi period and exhibits workmanship resembling that of the Sue-Bizen school.
Koshirae:
Tsuba: iron base carved with reeds and birds.
Fuchikashira: Shakudonanako base carved with horses.
Menuki: Unidentified design
