Jigane: Well-forged, tightly packed ko-itame hada producing a fine-quality jigane.
Hamon: Nie-deki gunome-midare with abundant ashi. The boshi extends upward and turns back.

Features: Noto Manabu, whose real name is Mukai Manabu, is a swordsmith from Ishikawa Prefecture who studied sword forging under Sumitani Masamine. He is a highly skilled craftsman who received the Doryoku Award (Meritorious Effort Award). He is particularly known for producing works in the Ichimonji style and for his mastery of the distinctive reverse choji hamon associated with the Aoe tradition.

Fuchikashira: Shibuichi fittings carved with birds and decorated with gold iroe.
