Features: The Takada school was a group of swordsmiths that flourished in Takada, Bungo Province, and is traditionally said to have been founded by Taira Nagamori. This sword has a sturdy and powerful appearance.
The tsuka(hilt) is wrapped in leather, but the wrapping is heavily worn and in poor condition. We recommend having it rewrapped. We can arrange this service for JPY 40,000.
