Explanation: The sword was made by Horii Tanekuni on lucky day New Year 1991.

(We divide 4 sections for each sword as Saijyo saku, Jyo-jyo saku Jyo saku and regular saku)
This sword belongs to Saijyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished　by high ranking polisher.
Habaki :　Gold foiled double Habaki.
Blade length:　81.3cm or 320inches.
Sori: 2.7 cm or 1.063 inches.

Width at the hamachi: 3.48 cm or 1.37 inches.
Width at the Kissaki: 2.58 cm or 1.016 inches.

Bo-hi is engraved on both sides of the blade.

Special feature:his real name of Horii Tanekuni and called Horii Shigekatsu ,
born in1954 (syowa 29th) Muroran city in Hokkaido.
3rd generation Horii Toshihide was invited to the Nihon
Seiko Muroran steal company to make swords. He accepted
to made swords at that place.
Horii Tanekuni graduated Muroran Technical high school
and then he worked at Muroran seiko 0jyo and studied
under the Horii family. 4th generation Nibuhide and
Tanetsugu was succeeded as Horii family.
This sword is very long and wide and thick, excellent top
ranking sword.
