This sword belongs to Jyo Jyo Saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki : Gold failed double habaki.
Blade length: 28.1 cm or 11.06 inches.
Sori :0.3 cm or 0.11 inches.
Mekugi:  1
Width at the hamachi: 2.9 cm or 1.14 inches.
Kasane : 0.59 cm or 0.23 inches.
The weight of the sword 200 grams.
Era: from late Kamakura to early Nanbokucyo period.
Shape: mitsu mune style rather wide and thick and engraved bo-hi on both sides of the blade.
Jigane:Mokume hada well grained with jinie attach and utsuri appear.
Hamon: Niedeki double hamon and 3 folded boright and clear Uchinoke Sunagashi and kinsuji work.From The monouchi more active hamon sunagashi, kinsuji work and
Hakikake Bo-shi.

Special feature: Kanro Toshinaga was working at the Nanbokucho period Enbun era named Tenkuro and student of Takagi Sadamune.
He lived at Kosyu Gamo and also worked at Echigo province.

Koshirae: Lobster style issaku koshirae. all matching koshirae.
Saya :red color kizami saya.
Tsuba: brass plate, engraved millet ear.
Menuki: copper plate, a mice is engraved
Kozuka: brass plate, engraved millet ear.
Kogai: brass plate, engraved millet ear.
Kojiri:brass plate, a lobster tail is engraved.

From Aoi Art:THis Tanto is quite well nice tanto (Kanro Toshinaga) very active sosyu den temper line which remind us Takagi Sadamune. I feel strong Hakikake Yamato style.
Koshirae is very nice Lobster saya nice Koshirae.
