Features: Yamashiro no Kuni Nobukuni was a lineage of swordsmiths descended from Ryokai and is said to have studied under Soshu Sadamune. Works bearing the dates Enbun and Joji are attributed to the first generation, and the school continued through groups of swordsmiths active from the late Nanbokucho period into the Oei era of the early Muromachi period.
