This piece is ranked as Jyo Saku (high-grade) among works attributed to Hizen no Kuni Tadayoshi (*Not Guaranteed).

Blade Length: 2 shaku 3 sun 2 bu – 70.3 cm (27.68 in)
Curvature: 6 bu – 1.8 cm (0.71 in)
Mekugi Hole: 1
Width at Base (Motohaba): 3.28 cm (1.29 in)
Width at Tip: 2.11 cm (0.83 in)
Thickness of rim (Kasane): 0.69 cm (0.27 in)
Sword Weight: 775 grams
Era: Late Edo period
Shape: wide and thick blade with deep curvature.
Jigane: fine Ko-itame hada
Hamon: Ko-nie suguha and Notare.
Features: NBTHK Tokubetsu Kicho Token is attached, but the authenticity of the signature is not guaranteed.
Personally, I believe this is a later-generation Hizen sword.
The Tokubetsu Kicho certificate was issued in Showa 28 (1953), making it quite old, and since the certificate does not include a reference number, it cannot be verified against official records.
