This work is ranked as Jyo Saku among the works of Norihiro.

Shape:A slightly small-sized wakizashi.
Jigane:Well-forged ko-itame hada.
Hamon:Ko-nie-deki with a notare-gunome midare pattern.
Features: This work has been appraised by the NBTHK as the work of Norihiro (Unknown Province – Shinshinto).
The samegawa (rayskin) has carved grooves accented with iron wires, enhancing the design.
Koshirae:
Tsuba: Silver base tsuba with rope pattern surrounding the rim.
Fuchikashira: Shakudo nanako base with kiri mon in gold iroe. Helmet motif carved in high relief with gold coloring.
Saya: Samegawa-carved scabbard.
Menuki: Shakudo base, chrysanthemum motif in high relief with gold iroe.
Kozuka: Made of shakudo, deeply carved with a family crest of mist (kiri mon), with gold iroe (coloring).
Kogatana; There is the signature that looks Bitchu no kami Hisakuni ,備中守久国.
Aoi Art’s Comment: This piece may be classified as a chigo-zashi (wakizashi for a young noble), crafted with exceptional attention to detail.
It is likely to have been made for the child of a daimyo (feudal lord).
