Features:
Endo Mitsuoki was a swordsmith from Niigata Prefecture. He initially learned sword forging through self-study before becoming a disciple of Kurihara Hikosaburo. He later received numerous awards and was officially designated a Mukansa (Non-Appraised) Swordsmith in 1981 (Showa 56). His notable works include dedicatory swords and a commemorative sword made for Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto of the Imperial Japanese Navy.
