This Kaneuji work belongs to the Mino Senjuin school from the Eisho era of the Muromachi period. The jigane is well-forged with visible shirake utsuri, giving it a bright and clear appearance. The hamon is suguha, and the boshi turns back in a refined rounded form—this is a high-class piece.
The koshirae features an outstanding kozuka and kogai, elevating the overall aesthetic and dignity of the piece.
