Features: A refined two-sword stand finished in glossy black lacquer, decorated in maki-e with a charming design of bamboo and a pair of chickens, parent and child. The outer storage box bears the inscription: “Tanshu Izushi-han Shu Sengokuke Denrai” (Handed down in the Sengoku family, lords of Izushi domain, Tamba Province).
Please note: the outer box is slightly warped and does not close completely.
