This blade is ranked as Jyojyo Saku among the works of Etchu Ju Fujiwara Kiyomitsu.

Shape: Slightly wide blade with solid thickness and relatively deep curvature.
The kissaki is slightly extended.
Though there is some degree of suriage and machi-okuri, the blade features a bo-hi (groove) on both sides and has a fine jigane.
Jigane: Tight ko-itame mixed with masame, creating a beautiful jigane.
Hamon: Nie-deki, slightly tightened suguha, forming an elegant and refined hamon.
Boshi is round and turns back.
Features: This wakizashi was forged by Kiyomitsu of Etchu province.
His works are well-known for their excellent suguha hamon and bright, clear appearance.
This particular blade is also bright and clear, showing outstanding workmanship.
It has been awarded the NBTHK Tokubetsu Hozon Token designation.
