This work is ranked as Jyo Saku (superior work) for Tomoyuki.

Era: Around the late Muromachi period (late 16th century)
Shape:A blade with standard width and deep curvature, featuring an extended kissaki.
Bo-hi grooves are carved on both sides.
Jigane:Well-forged ko-itame-hada with visible utsuri.
Hamon:Nie-deki, straight with slight notare, and double hamon appears on the upper part.
The boshi is round and ends in a sweeping hakikake style.
Features: Judging from its shape and workmanship, this sword is considered to be from the late Muromachi period.
Although signed as Tomoyuki, the authenticity of the signature is unclear, and thus it is sold without guarantee of the mei.
Koshirae:
Tsuba: Mokko-shaped iron tsuba with a carved scene of the White Rabbit of Inaba.
Fuchikashira: Shakudo nanako-ji base with high-relief carving of lions and chrysanthemums, highlighted with gold inlay.
Saya (Scabbard): Glossy black lacquer finish.
Menuki: Depicting warrior figures.
Aoi Art’s Comment:This sword is notable for its length and comes with a complete koshirae. We believe it can also be used for Iaido practice.
