Era: the late Kamakura period, around the early 14th century
Shape: Long Tachi with deep curvature, almost Ubu.
Jigane: refined Koitame hada with random Utsuri.
Hamon: Konie base small turbulent hamon with SUnagashi and Kinsuji.

Features:
Shōshū Sueyuki was a Kyoto swordsmith active in the late Kamakura period and a disciple of Ayakōji Sadatoshi.
He belonged to the Rai school tradition and produced many long tachi.
This work is a very long and elegant tachi, unshortened and preserving its original length, retaining the graceful appearance from the time of its forging, and is an antique piece of refined beauty.
