From Aoi-Art:
The1st-generation Yamashiro no Kami Fujiwara Kunikiyo was a disciple of Horikawa Kunihiro and served Matsudaira Tadamasa of Echigo Takada. In 1627, he was granted the title of Yamashiro Daijō and permited to engrave a chrysanthemum crest on the tang. The 2nd-generation Kunikiyo was his son, and from the second generation onward, the character “ichi” (一) was engraved into the signature. This blade is believed to be the work of either the 2nd or 3rd generation, and is of excellent craftsmanship.
