Features:
Chikushū Fukuoka-jū Koretsugu was a leading swordsmith of the Fukuoka Ishidō school, a swordsmith school in Chikuzen in the early to mid Edo period. He served for Kuroda Nagamasa.
Koshirae:
Tsuba: copper base with carved horse. Inscribed: Kikuchi Shigemitsu
Fuchikashira: Shakudō with designs of autumn grasses and insects. Inscribed: Mino-jū Mitsunaka
Kozuka: Shakudō nanako-ji with a design of a water bird.
Menuki: Design of a boat
Sayagaki: Chikushu Fukuoka ju Koretsugu, choji-deki.
