Shape: A well-balanced piece with standard width and thickness, a deep curvature, and an extended kissaki.
Jigane: Ko-itame hada, well-forged and tight grain.
Hamon: Nie-based gunome-midare with height variation. The hamon is clearly visible. It is polished in sashikomi style, making the hamon very distinct.

Features: Kozuke Kami Fujiwara Kanesada resided in Echizen Fukui and is known for his excellent cutting ability as a Wazamono rated smith.
The hamon is clear and easy to observe.
This is a highly recommended piece.
