Shape:A deeply suriage-mumei blade with notable curvature.
The kissaki is extended and has a broad shape.
Jigane:Flowing itame-hada with a prominent texture, making the grain pattern highly visible.
Hamon:Ko-nie-deki suguha.
Hotsure and ashi appear within the hamon, with the overall pattern having a soft, misty appearance.
The boshi gently fluctuates and turns back softly.
Features: This work exhibits a well-defined itame-hada, making its attribution to Dotanuki an excellent appraisal.
It is a well-crafted piece, with soft-working ha features.
Koshirae:
Tsuba: Circular iron tsuba with a brass rim.
Depicts a high-relief scene of a warrior in full armor capturing an enemy and striking with a sword, with gold embellishments.
Fuchikashira: Shakudo base with gold inlay.
Saya: Dark brown lacquered scabbard.
Menuki: Modern-made shakudo menuki with a high-relief dragon motif.
