Special feature: Tajima Kami Ho-Jyoji Tachibana Sadakuni is sword smith of
Edo Hojoji, his peaces is look like Kotetsu. Masahiro,
Masateru, Yoshitsugu is some of Hojoji sword smiths. He
made Jyuzuba style swords and compares favourably with
Kotetsu.

Koshirae :
Fuchikashira: On Shakudo plate. waves and birds are engraved with gold color.
Saya : Kawarinuri style Saya.
Tsuba : Round and thick iron Tsuba. cloud dragon and waves are engraved.
Menuki : On shakudo plate, dragon is engraved.

Aoi Art’s Comment: This sword is a fine example with an impressive long shape and well-proportioned construction. It is particularly noteworthy for bearing a dated inscription on the reverse side of the tang, a feature that is relatively uncommon. In addition to its substantial and powerful sugata, the blade displays a well-forged jihada with visible chikei and intricate steel activities, while the hamon is rich in variation and expressive movement. An excellent piece that is highly recommended for collectors and enthusiasts alike.
