Habaki: Single copper habaki.
Blade Length: 52.3 cm (20.59 in).
Curvature: 1.6 cm (0.63 in).
Mekugi Hole: 3.
Width at Base (Motohaba): 2.32 cm (0.91 in).
Thickness of rim (Kasane): 0.63 cm (0.25 in).
Sword Weight: 415 g.
Era: Mid to late Edo period.
Shape: Standard width with deep curvature, thick kasane, and engraved with a bohi and soehi on the omote side.
Jigane: Itame hada well forged with visible grain.
Hamon: Gunome-midare.
Boshi: Pointed and returning.

Features: A piece with curvature reminiscent of a naginata.
Attributed as Mumei (Shimohara).
The Shimohara school was active around Hachioji in present-day Tokyo from the late Muromachi period to the Edo period.

Fuchikashira: Shakudo nanako ground with paulownia crest in gold inlay.
