This sword belongs to Jyo Jyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki : Gold foiled single habaki.
Blade length : 71.2 cm (28.03 in)
Sori: 2.1 cm (0.83 in)
Mekugi :  1
Width at the hamachi: 3.26 cm (1.28 in).
Width at the Kissaki: 2.80 cm (1.10 in)
Kasane: 0.82 cm (0.32 in)
Era : Showa period(1983)

Shape : This wide and thick sword has O-Kissaki. There’re Bohi carved into on the both side.
Jigane :Ko-Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attach.
The Jigane is clear. There are fine Chikei.
Hamon : Nie Deki, Gunome Midare and double Ha with many Ashi.
In Ha, there are Ashi, Yo, Sunagashi and Kinsuji.
Boshi is round and Midarekomi shape.

Special feature: Sadayoshi was a modern swordsmith
in Tokushima prefecture. He was born in 1908.
In 1928, he started to study forging under Gassan Sadakatsu.
In 1943, he moved to Mishima of Shizuoka prefecture
from Tokushima prefecture, and he moved many swords while World War 2.
He has gotten Nyusen prize many times,
and he became a Mukansa swordsmith in 1996.
“Yusui” of his signature means clear springwater.
And so, he might use clear springwater for making swords.

He was a student of Gassan Sadakatsu. He helped his work.
Yusuishin Sadayoshi was very famous swordsmith designated Mukansa, he made swords with spring water from Mt.Fuji. We recommend this gorgeous blade for you.
