Shape: A sword with slightly wide mihaba, thick kasane, moderate curvature, and a slightly extended kissaki.
Jigane: Well-forged ko-itame hada with a beautiful, clear texture.
Hamon: Nie-deki with active ko-ashi and a boshi that shows midare-komi.
Features: Suruga Koku Rai Minamoto Seimei was a swordsmith from Suruga/Shimada.
His signature style features ko-gunome-midare hamon and a robust overall shape.
