Features: Tanabe Kaizaburo Hidenao was a swordsmith from Echigo who was active from the late Edo to early Meiji period.
This work has a wide blade and thick construction, showing a solid appearance.

Tsuba: Round iron tsuba carved with chrysanthemum flowers.
Saya (Scabbard): Black with a wrinkled texture.
Menuki: Carved with floral motifs.
Fuchi: Shakudo with engraved patterns.
Kashira: Horn.
Kojiri: Iron base with a high-relief dragon carving.
Kozuka: Brass base engraved with heron and tree, silver inlay.
Comes with a Kogatana.
