Tajima no Kami Hojōji Tachibana Sadakuni belonged to the Hojōji school, which includes smiths such as Masahiro, Masateru, and Kunimasa.
His workmanship is similar to that of Sadakuni and is classified as Wazamono (noted for sharpness).
This piece features a wide and sturdy blade with its soundness.
