This sword belongs to Jyo saku ranking.
Habaki: Copper single Habaki.

Width at the hamachi: 2.84 cm (1.11in)
Width at the Kissaki: 2.37 cm (0.93in)
Kasane: 0.54 cm (0.21in)
Era: Nanbokucho period, late 14th century
Shape: Osuriage Mumei Wakizashi.
There are Hi and Bo-Hi on both side.
Jigane : Mokume Hada well grained with Jinie attach.
There are Chikei along the Mokume Hada. There are light Utsuri.
Hamon : Nie Deki, Suguha with Ko-Midare and Nezumi Ashi.
Boshi is Midare Hakikake style.
Special feature: The Miike school traces its origins to Miike Denta Mitsuyo, a swordsmith of Chikugo in the Heian period. This piece has been appraised by the NBTHK as the work of a later-generation Miike smith, and is thought to date from around the Nanbokuchō period. As works by the Miike school seldom appear on the market, we highly recommend this piece.
