Features:
Muramasa was a school of swordsmiths in Ise Province, known for their sharp blades and unique hamon. Feared as “cursed swords” by the Tokugawa clan, they were banned and often had their signatures removed. This is a well-preserved tanto with a single mekugi-ana and clearly visible rasp lines, featuring a healthy triple-ridge (mitsu-mune) construction.
