\nHamon: Double-edged temper line with a notare pattern, active ashi, and a boshi that becomes irregular and turns back at the tip.<\/p>\n

Features: There was a famous swordsmith named Kanesada during the Muromachi period, but this yari is not by that particular Kanesada.
\nNevertheless, the workmanship is excellent, and because it bears a two-character signature, approximately ten smiths are possible candidates.
\nThe long kera-kubi suggests that this work dates from the Muromachi period.
\nThe quality is exceptionally high, making this a piece that can be strongly recommended.<\/p>\n
