Based on his style, it is said that his effective teacher was Echigo no Kami Kunisato of the same lineage. Many of his works resemble those of the first-generation Kunisada with a ko-mokume hada.

Historical Background: Around the Kanei era, inscriptions were often carved with a distinctive and elegant style of characters.

NBTHK Tokubetsu Hozon Token.
AoiArt estimation paper: Whole Oshigata.

Please note: The price does not include the international shipping fees.

Auction Starting Price:1,000,000JPY

Place Bid

<img decoding="async" src="https://www.aoijapan.com/img/sword/2026/26137sayagaki.jpg
" alt="" width=“40%" height=“40%" /><img decoding="async" src="https://www.aoijapan.com/img/sword/2026/26137_p.jpg
" alt="" width=“70%" height=“70%" />

Ordering Number: AS26137.
