\nShape: A very rare example of what is likely osoraku-zukuri, a style produced by smiths such as Kiyomaro and Kiyondo.
\nJigane: Well-forged itame hada, tightly compacted to form a refined jigane.
\nHamon: Nie-deki gunome-midare with a rounded pattern and a deep return. Within the hamon, sunagashi and kinsuji are active, and the boshi is midare-komi.<\/p>\n

Features: Masamichi was a swordsmith from Kazusa and is said to have been a student within the Kiyomaro school. His works show active gunome-midare with prominent sunagashi and kinsuji. The nakago has a rounded kuri-jiri, resembling the style of the Kiyomaro school. The yasurime and nakago-jiri are similar to those of Kiyondo, Kiyomaro, Nobuhide, and Masamichi, and together with the osoraku-zukuri shape, this attribution is considered reliable. More precisely, he is said to have been a student of Kiyondo.<\/p>\n
