\nThe workmanship of this piece is ranked as Jyo Saku for Mumei(Unsigned) (Den Chikuzen Fukuoka Moritsugu).
\nHabaki: Single copper.
\nBlade Length: 72.6 cm (28.58 in).
\nCurvature: 2.4 cm (0.94 in).
\nMekugi Hole: 1.
\nWidth at Base (Motohaba): 3.30 cm (1.30 in).
\nWidth at Yokote (Sakihaba): 2.13 cm (0.84 in).
\nThickness of rim (Kasane): 0.71 cm (0.28 in).
\nSword Weight: 740 g.
\nEra: Considered to be a modern sword.
\nShape: Wide mihaba with thick kasane, deep curvature, and a slightly extended kissaki.
\nJigane: Fine ko-itame well packed, forming a beautiful jigane.
\nHamon: Nie-deki gunome-midare with aligned peaks extending to the tip. The boshi returns in a round form.<\/p>\n

Features: This work comes with a Hozon Society authentication paper; however, in my opinion, it appears to be a modern piece. It would be suitable for use in iai or tameshigiri. As it has been polished, it can also be appreciated for viewing.<\/p>\n

\nFuchi: Shakudo ground with high-relief carving of autumn grasses and insects, with gold inlay.
