(NBTHK Tokubetsu Hozon Token) (Consignment Sale)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ordering Number: AS26028.<\/p>\n<p>Katana in Shirasaya (NBTHK Tokubetsu Hozon Token) (Consignment Sale).<\/p>\n<p>Signature: Gassan Sadayoshi Zo Kore.<br \/>\nDated February, Bunkyu 3 (1863).<br \/>\n\u6708\u5c71\u8c9e\u5409\u9020\u4e4b<br \/>\n\u6587\u4e45\u4e09\u5e74\u4e8c\u6708\u65e5<\/p>\n<p>Shinshinto: Jyo Saku: Settsu.<br \/>\n(We divide 4 sections for each sword as Saijyo Saku, Jyojyo Saku, Jyo Saku and Regular Saku).<br \/>\nThis work is ranked as Jyojyo Saku for Gassan Sadayoshi.<br \/>\nHabaki: Single-layer plain copper with gold-colored finish.<br \/>\nBlade Length: 70.3 cm (27.68 in).<br \/>\nCurvature: 1.2 cm (0.47 in).<br \/>\nMekugi Hole: 1.<br \/>\nWidth at Base (Motohaba): 3.08 cm (1.21 in).<br \/>\nWidth at Yokote: 1.97 cm (0.78 in).<br \/>\nThickness of rim (Kasane): 0.65 cm (0.26 in).<br \/>\nSword Weight: 700g.<br \/>\nEra: Late Edo period, around Bunkyu (1863).<br \/>\nShape: Standard proportions in both mihaba and kasane.<br \/>\nJigane: Fine ko-itame well packed and thoroughly forged.<br \/>\nHamon: Nioi-deki suguha with small ashi, with kinsuji working within the hamon.
