Features:\u3000Gassan Sadayoshi was a swordsmith of the Gassan school from Dewa province and a student of Suishinshi Masahide.
\nHe was known as Yahachiro.
\nThere are works dated to Tenpo 6 (1835), suggesting he began forging around that time.
\nHe passed away in February of Meiji 3 (1870).
\nHe is famous as a smith of the Gassan lineage, and together with Gassan Sadakazu, he worked on recreating Gassan-hada and ayasugi-hada (mainly Sadakazu).
\nIn any case, he is renowned as a prominent swordsmith of the Gassan school.<\/p>\n
