\nThe boshi shows midare-komi.<\/p>\n

Features: Hiroki Hirokuni (real name: Junichi) was born in 1948 (Showa 23) in Fukuoka Prefecture as the son of swordsmith Hiroki Kunihiro.
\nKunihiro admired the famous smith Kunihiro and produced many works in his style that earned recognition.
\nHirokuni studied under his father and later became a student of the late Sumitani Masamine, a Living National Treasure, in 1964 (Showa 39).
\nThis sword is a work by his father Kunihiro, with a wide body and thick kasane, showing strength and quality.
\nHirokuni later specialized in Aoe-style works and became a Mukansa swordsmith, but he passed away in 2013 at the age of 65.<\/p>\n
