Signature : Kobayashi Ise Kami Kuniteru.
\nEnpo 3 Nen 2 Gatsu hi (the blade was made at Enpo3rd (1674)February)<\/p>\n

Sayagaki was done by Kanzan sensei.
\nShinto: Josaku: Wazamono: Settu province.
\n(We divide 4 sections for each sword as Saijyo saku, Jyojyo saku Jyo saku and regular saku)
\nThis sword belongs to Jyo-Jyo saku ranking.
\nThe blade was polished by high ranking polisher.
\nHabaki :gold foiled single habaki.
\nBlade length :\u300067.6cm or 26.61 inches.
\nSori : 1.4 cm or 0.55 inches.
\nMekugi : 1
\nWidth at the hamachi : 2.96 cm or 1.16 inches.
\nWidth at the Kissaki : 2.28 cm or 0.89 inches.
\nKasane : 0.72 cm or 0.28 inches.
\nEra : Edo period Enpo 3rd.(1674)
\nShape : The blade is regular size with suitable sori and longer kissaki nice looking shape.
\nJigane : Koitame hada well grained with jinie attach and small chikei work.
\nHamon : Niedeki wavy suguha with thick nioikuchi.
\nIn Hamon there are many ashi and yo with soft feeling nioikuchi.
\nBoshi is round shape.<\/p>\n

Special feature :Kobayashi Isekami Kuniteru was called Kobayashi Hayatonosin who was second son of the Ise Kami Kuniyoshi.
\nFirst he studied from first generation Kunisuke
\nand then got the title of Ise Kami at Kanbun 12th.
\nThis blade is elegant soft feeling.
\nAccording to the Fujishira book, after Inoue shinkai and Sukehiro,
\nKuniteru is the most famous sword maker in Oosaka area.
\nThis sword looks typical Inoue Shinkai style deep nioiguchi notare suguha
\nhamon with sunagashi and kinsuji.
\nRecently it is rather hard to buy good healthy high ranking swords.
\nThis work is published in “Osaka Shinto Zufu” on page 393.<\/p>\n

Koshirae :
\nSaya : black roiro saya like inro kizami saya.
\nTsuba : On the round shape iron tsuba, wild geese are flying sukashibori style. Owari tsuba.
\nMenuki : a dragon is engraving with gold color.
\nFuchikashira : a dragon is engraved with gold color
\nKozuka : on the syakudo plate, a dragon is engraved with gold color.
\nKogai : on the syakudo plate, a dragon is engraved with gold color.<\/p>\n
