\nShape: A slightly wide blade with a well-forged thickness.
\nIt features deep curvature and a long boshi, giving it an elegant overall form.
\nJigane: Itame-hada mixed with mokume-hada.
\nThe shinogi-ji shows a slightly raised masame-hada.
\nHamon: Ko-nie base, with a mix of choji-midare and gunome-midare.
\nThe boshi returns in a rounded manner.
\nKinsuji activity is present within the blade, giving the hamon a vibrant and dynamic appearance with varied height.<\/p>\n

Features: Takada is a school of swordsmiths that flourished in Bungo Province, founded by Taira Nagamori.
\n\u201cTaira-Takada\u201d refers to swords made during the late Muromachi period.<\/p>\n

Aoi Art\u2019s Comment: Taira-Takada is often regarded as a lower-ranking smith, but upon close inspection, many of their blades bear hamon patterns reminiscent of Ichimonji.
\nThere are numerous excellent works.
\nThis piece, being of an older period, has a tasteful appearance, and the koshirae is also of high quality.<\/p>\n
