\nShape: The blade has standard width and thickness, with a moderate curvature and slightly extended kissaki.

\nHamon: Nie-deki suguha. The nioiguchi is wide, bright, and clear.<\/p>\n

Features: The 6th generation Tadayoshi was born in 1736 (Genbun 1) as the second son of the 5th generation Tadayoshi.
\nHe succeeded the title of Omi no Kami in June of 1790 (Kansei 2).
\nHis works closely resemble those of the 5th generation Tadayoshi.
\nHe passed away on December 28, 1815 (Bunka 12) at the age of 80.<\/p>\n

Aoi Art\u2019s Comment: This is a bright and clear work in suguha style.
\nSuch characteristics are commonly seen among swordsmiths of the Hizen school.
\nAmong them, the most well-known is the second generation Omi Daijo Fujiwara Tadahiro.
\nOmi no Kami Tadayoshi initially inscribed his name as Hizen no Kuni Tadahiro, which can sometimes cause confusion.
\nThe suguha hamon is very similar in appearance.
\nThe deep, bright, and clear nioiguchi along with the excellent koshirae make this a high-quality piece.<\/p>\n
