This piece is particularly attractive for its distinctive jigane (steel surface).<\/p>\n<p>Koshirae:<br \/>\nTsuba: Iron tsuba with openwork carving of fans.<br \/>\nFuchikashira: Brass fittings engraved with decorative patterns.<br \/>\nMenuki: a design of phoenix.<\/p>\n<p>Aoi Art\u2019s Comment:\u3000There are edge nicks and scuff marks.
