Features: Yoshihara Yoshihito was born in Tokyo in 1943 (Showa 18).
\nHe studied swordmaking under his grandfather Yoshihara Kuniie, alongside his younger brother Soji.
\nHe rose to fame as a Mukansa-level smith at the young age of 39, earning the title of a true genius.
\nEspecially skilled in the Bizen tradition, he succeeded in producing utsuri, which is rare in modern blades.
\nHis works are preserved in prominent museums such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Boston Museum of Fine Arts.
\nHe is expected to gain even greater fame as a swordsmith in the future.<\/p>\n
