Features: The 27th Generation Kanemoto is Mr. Kaneko Tatsuichiro of the Kaneko Magoroku lineage, born in 1924 and inherited the name of the 27th Kanemoto in 1944.
\nThis pair (daito and shoto) was skillfully made with the intent of emulating the style of the second generation Magoroku.<\/p>\n

Aoi Art\u2019s Comment: As the saying goes, \u201cA crane lives a thousand years, a turtle ten thousand,\u201d these swords were likely crafted with a wish for longevity.
\nThis makes them extremely auspicious works.
\nBoth the daito and shoto share the same date of manufacture: Auspicious day of January, 1989.<\/p>\n
