Features: Kuninaga, a student of Rai Kunitoshi, moved from Kyoto to Nakajima in Settsu Province, and thus came to be known as Nakajima Rai.
\nStylistically, his work resembles that of Rai Kunimitsu but is considered slightly less accomplished.
\nThis piece has a wide body and an imposing appearance with a large kissaki. It features a finely textured jigane with delicate ji-nie and a soft, straight hamon, creating a bright impression.<\/p>\n
