Carefully appraised by Bansho.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>We divide 4 sections for each sword as Saijyo Saku, Jyojyo Saku, Jyo Saku and Regular Saku.<br \/>\nThis work is ranked as Jyojyo Saku for Mumei (Sengo).<br \/>\nHabaki: Single-layer gold foil<br \/>\nBlade Length: 35.4 cm (13.94 in)<br \/>\nCurvature: 0.5 cm (0.20 in)<br \/>\nMekugi Hole: 1<br \/>\nWidth at Base (Motohaba): 2.65 cm (1.04 in)<br \/>\nThickness of rim (Kasane): 0.43 cm (0.17 in)<br \/>\nSword Weight: 210 g<br \/>\nEra: Late Muromachi period<br \/>\nShape: Standard width and thickness, with slight curvature toward the tip.<br \/>\nJigane: Itame hada, well-forged with visible grain and fine chikei.<br \/>\nHamon: Gently undulating midareba, with matching patterns on both sides.<\/p>\n<p>Features:\u3000This piece was forged by the Sengo school, known for Muramasa.
