Features:During wartime, officers of the Japanese Army and Navy were required to own swords, either purchasing them themselves or acquiring them through other means.
\nThe demand for swords was enormous, leading to craftsmen who originally made sickles and pots contributing to sword production.
\nIt is also a known fact that truck springs were repurposed to create swords, resulting in a significant number of swords being produced.<\/p>\n

Aoi Art\u2019s Comment:After 1940 (Showa 15), many officers of lieutenant rank and above needed to carry swords, leading to the emergence of temporary swordsmiths who began producing Japanese swords.
\nThis sword follows the same trend, with the character “\u662d” (Showa) engraved above the name Kanemune.
\nHowever, more than 70 years have passed since the war, and such pieces have become valuable historical materials.
\nFor that reason, we recommend this sword.<\/p>\n
