Habaki: Copper with gold and silver, featuring a carved openwork design of sages in a bamboo grove.
\nBlade Length: 34.0 cm (13.39 in)
\nCurvature: 1.2 cm (0.47 in)
\nMekugi Hole: 1
\nWidth at Base (Motohaba): 2.63 cm (1.04 in)
\nThickness of rim (Kasane): 0.58 cm (0.23 in)
\nEra: Mid-Muromachi period
\nShape: Wakizashi with a normal curvature and width, flat forging
\nJigane: Fine-grained small wood grain pattern, well-forged with clear landscape and reflections appearing.
\nHamon: Boiling pattern, irregular midare with pointed tip, turning back at the base.<\/p>\n

Special feature : Kanesada(Second generation also known for the signature Nosada) is the child of first generation Kanesada.
\nHe was called Yoshi Uemon no Jyo but by the early Meio period(1492-1501) he has signed his signature Kanesada.
\nHe has received the post of Izumi Kami.
\nBoth Seki Magoroku and Izumi Kami Kanesada were the\u3000head of Mino school sword
\nsmiths and their swords are ranked Saijyosaku and Saijyo Owazamono.
\nDurin Edo Period, Kanesada work was called Senryo Kanesada which was the object of envy,
\nMany Daimyos such as Takeda Nobutora, Shibata Katsuie, Akechi Mitsuhide, Hosokawa Yusai, Hosokawa Tadaoki.
\nHijikata Toshizo, one of Shinsengumi or Shogunate military members,
\nhave been holding the 11th generation of Kanesada at the end of Shogunate.
\nWhen the Kotetsu katana was 50 ryo(a unit of old Japanese coinage.) Kanesada Katana was 1000 ryo.
\nIt is different to modern katana. <\/p>\n
